INSPECTION USING MODERN DIAGNOSTIC EQUIPMENT

CARBON MONOXIDE DETECTOR

During sea trial tests for exhaust back drafting and penitrations of cabin spaces.

DIGITAL TACKOMETER

Electronic readings of RPM on engines and mechanical equipment.

ELECTRONIC STETHOSCOPE

Sound analyzing of engines and mechanical equipment

ENGINE COMPRESSION GAUGE

Testing on gas Engine/Generator

INTERNAL (BORESCOPE) INSPECTIONS

Allows inspection of inaccessible areas, behind ceilings, engine cylinders, marine gear and other equipment.

MARINE MOISTURE METER

Moisture Testing involving non-destructive moisture readings.

Osmosis is a chemical breakdown in a laminate due to moisture ingress which ultimately results in delamination and blistering of the gelcoat.

Combined with sounding provides Osmosis Analysis.

Indicates saturation of wooden structural systems, rot and determines the condition of wood boat planking and structural components.

MILLIAMP MULTI METER

Underwater mechanical and Hull Corrosion.

Silver/Silver Chloride Half Cell Testing is an in-water corrosion test that determines susceptibility to galvanic and stray current corrosion, it is also an indication of the condition and proper operation of Zincs.

VIBRATION METER

Testing and Analysis using vibration monitor to analyize motor mounts and shaft alignment.

NON-CONTACT INFARED THERMOMETER

Heat sensing to analyze exhaust systems, 12 and 120 volt electric systems.

PRESSURE GAUGES

Pressure testing of fuel tanks, water tanks and waste tanks.

SPECTROMETRIC ENGINE FLUID ANALYSIS

Sampling of and laboratory analysis of engine and mechanical equipment to indicate in parts per million of worn metal particles.

TACHOMETER

Digital readout of  engine revolutions (RPM) under load to insure full power is produced according to manufacturers specifications.

ULTRASONIC THICKNESS GAGE

Ultrasonic testing, Non-destructive thickness measurement of steel, aluminum and fiberglass hulls Gauging steel and aluminum hulls.

VIBRATION SENSOR (piezoelectric accelerometer)
